Since 1967, Hall Lighting & Design Center has been a family business serving South Texas. Today, that family extends beyond the Hall name to include our entire team of designers, consultants, and specialists who are passionate about helping you furnish and light your home.
When you visit our showroom, you won’t encounter pushy salespeople working on commission. You’ll meet experienced professionals who genuinely care about helping you find exactly what you need. Our team combines decades of expertise with a warm, welcoming approach that makes furniture and lighting shopping actually enjoyable.
Meet Our Staff
Stacey Flowers
Stacey Flowers is a graduate of Southwest Texas State University with a degree in business. Stacey returned to the family business in 1998 after working for Procter and Gamble. As a second generation co-owner, Stacey oversees all aspects of the showroom side of the business. Her business knowledge has helped to launch the showroom into the largest lighting showroom in South Texas. Her supervision insures that the future is bright at Hall Lighting.
Jill Ross
Jill Ross, our showroom manager, is a Victoria native and has been a member of the Hall Lighting family since 2006. She comes from a family of builders with her grandfather, father, uncles and husband all being in the building business here in Victoria. Through the years, her position has evolved and she now leads our sales team, showroom activities and marketing.
Melissa Schindler
Melissa Schindler is a vivacious design consultant who specializes in lighting. She is an American Lighting Association Certified Lighting Specialist, Born and raised in Victoria, Melissa has a penchant for taking on the most challenging projects. Dedicated to making a house your home, Melissa brings out your creativity in your project’s design, whether it is transitional, rustic, contemporary, or traditional. Melissa has been a member of the Hall Lighting family since 2005.
Blanca Barnette
Blanca Barnette joined our team in 2016. Blanca is an American Lighting Association Certified Lighting Specialist, Blanca will work with you, helping you to make the perfect selections for your needs, style and budget, whether it is for an accent lamp, or a remodel, or a whole new construction project.
Gloria Benavides
Gloria Benavides is the receptionist at the front desk and the first point of contact for our customers. She welcomes visitors, answers calls, and assists the showroom team with daily operations. Her friendly demeanor and attention to detail help ensure a smooth and positive experience for everyone at Hall Lighting.
Rachel Hernandez
Rachel Hernandez joined the Hall team in 2014. Rachel is a Victoria native with 35 years in the banking business. As our office manager, Rachel runs our day to day, behind the scenes operations.
Scott Perry
Scott Perry began his journey with Hall Lighting in 2011. His 10+ years of electrical knowledge in residential, commercial and industrial applications serves to better assist our customers, builders, electricians and others with all their bulb and electrical part needs.
